If you are having any issues with Firefox browser, you can reset the Firefox to it's default settings and fix the issues.
Perform the below steps to Reset the Firefox:
1. Close all the Firefox windows.
2. For Windows XP, Click on Start >> Click on "Run" >> Type "Firefox -safe-mode" without the quotes and hit enter key and then go to Step4.
For Windows Vista/7 or 8 Click on Start >> Type "Run" without the quotes in the " Search bar " and hit enter key.
3. Type "Firefox -safe-mode" without the quotes in the Run box and hit enter key
4. Click on the "Reset Firefox" >> Click on "Reset Firefox" again >> Click on Finish.

Note** There are few other methods to Reset the Firefox. But I think this is the easiest way. In this way, you can reset the Firefox, even though you cannot open it.
